Diane Botticelli’s background originates in integrative medicine as a physician assistant. She views healing through a lens of what naturally encourages wellness and stress resilience. Her experience and training embrace the cultural breadth of spiritual psychology and practical theology. Together with the discovery that health conditions hold within them great opportunities for personal expansion and self-fulfillment, she has focused more and more on integrative health coaching.

When facilitating individuals or groups her approach is establishing clear direction, and prioritizing life areas that need sustaining change keeping in heart the knowing that even small gains contribute meaningfully to the spiritual purpose of life fulfillment. Using resources such as rigorous inquiry, stories, metaphor, and trauma release therapies, she draws out fresh perspectives that build momentum toward well being. She has recently authored a book Nourishing Transformations: Recipes and Stories for Loving and Living Well to assist others to find their natural pathways to optimal health.
