"Much to my dismay, the forgiveness class is complete. It tells me that my work completed in this class was food for my spirit and my spirit was awfully HUNGRY! One of my greatest lessons from this class is "holding onto anger toward anyone, myself included, is a CHOICE!" I can choose to set myself and them free at any given moment.
