1. SPIRITUAL EXERCISES
Spiritual exercises are the primary spiritual practice recommended
for those studying in MSIA, and they are vital to students who seek
to expand their awareness of who they are as spiritual beings.
2. BUILDING THE BRIDGE
OF AWARENESS
Light Body is a series of movements designed to encourage students
to blend the Light and spiritual energies with the physical energies
of the body for balance, upliftment, and vitality. Stretching, flexibility,
strength, and awareness (both physical and spiritual) are all a part
of Light Body. Soul Journey explores qualities of the Soul and how
we use these qualities (or do not) in our lives; the Soul Journey
exercises encourage students to open more fully to Soul awareness
and to access that level more completely. Listening explores what
we listen to inwardly and outwardly, and how we can listen more to
Spirit and God. Seeing explores the ways in which we see ourselves
and how we can change that to more positive images that lift our consciousness.
3. NAVIGATING THE
GAME OF LOVING
Students create a matrix of their intentions, goals and purposes and
what is restricting and limiting them. Extensive tracking is done,
that, in the course of the program, produces tremendous insight, revelation,
and positive change.
4. CLEARING THE ISSUES
Throughout the course it is emphasized that the students are the Spiritual
Scientists and their laboratory is their own selves. Therefore, self-observation
is a core part of the program. Clearing the Issues is the class in
which they work with the list of current issues and negative patterns
they have observed in themselves. The students apply Controlled Kinesiology
muscle testing to clear the issue, with the over-all intention of
expanding past their limitations, restrictions and constrictions.
5. SPIRITUALIZING
THE CONSCIOUSNESS
In this class the DSS student is given the opportunity to become more
available to the Holy Spirit by identifying, clearing, finding the
causes and closing those areas in their consciousness in which there
is an obstruction, or limitation to the flow of the Holy Spirit. The
form of muscle testing used in the PTS Doctorate in Spiritual Science
has been named Controlled Kinesiology Testing (CKT). The word controlled
is descriptive of the fact that the person whose arm is being "tested"
is the one in control, directing the investigation and indicating
when their arm should be tested. The entire procedure and process
are under the jurisdiction of the person being tested. Various techniques
are introduced throughout both years of the course providing the DSS
student with a wide range of techniques and tools that they are encouraged
to learn to use skillfully.
6. ALIGNING THE SELVES
This course is designed to assist students in integrating the basic
self, the conscious self, and the High self.
