Using The PTS Chat Room with America Online for Windows
Moving between windows on a PCMoving between windows on a PC is accomplished using the taskbar. The taskbar is usually a grey rectangle at the bottom of your screen. When an application is running (like America Online) a smaller grey rectangle will appear in the middle of the taskbar with an icon and label. You can switch between applications just by clicking on these smaller grey rectangles.

![]() Chatroom classes require Netscape Communicator 3.0 or above or Internet Explorer 3.0 or above with Java and JavaScript fully enabled. PTS online uses JPilot's jIRC applet to connect you to the PTSonline IRC server (www.pts.org:6667) and sends you to the channel that corresponds with your PTS online class. Your online name will be your first name and last initial as one word. |
