PEACE AWARENESS TRAININGS (PAT)

This training isn't designed to help you get "enlightened." It won't help you get "illuminated." It is a process in awareness. If you thoroughly process yourself in awareness, you can then go into any situation and process anything that's given to you into a state of awareness. The Peace Awareness Training is truly a unique journey into yourself. Only you can make this journey. Remember, what you get out of it is what you are willing to put into it. We believe that by the end of the training, you will have gained not only greater insights into who you are inside but also valuable tools of awareness that you will be able to use in your everyday life.

PAT I, II, III

As John-Roger has said, "For all those seeking Spirit, all knowledge is accessible. In order to become available to the information awaiting you, you need to keep open the doors to your awareness. Peace Theological Seminary offers the keys." Awareness is key to one's spiritual unfoldment. For that reason, the PAT series is the foundational course work for anyone studying MSIA Soul Awareness Discourses, because the primary focus of the trainings is to expand the student's awareness.

Held in retreat, these trainings provide a gentle, natural setting, without the physical distractions of a city, in which students can awaken levels of awareness that come from deep within their consciousness. As their awareness expands, students discover and more fully experience their true selves.

Each training builds upon the last, and completion of all three trainings is strongly recommended to gain the most value. The effects of doing a PAT can last well beyond the duration of the training, as students often experience a powerful, sustaining change in their consciousness that shows up as greater inner peace, clarity, and connection with Spirit.

LIVING IN GRACE RETREAT

"What is the work that you're here to do? The most immediate thing in front of you. It's called two choices—either live under the law of karma or live under God's grace of loving. And you can have your choice." —John-Roger

This course grew out of an inspiration that choosing grace is a process that takes practice—practicing forgiving ourselves and others, and developing an attitude of gratitude. This can also be called "loving."

The choice to love or not love is made in each moment. As students learn to choose more moments of loving in their lives, they can find themselves living more in God's grace and walking through life with the Lord.

This course is a powerful step for the student in the eternal process of expanding inner peace.

PAT IV IN RETREAT: THE JOURNEY FOR INNER PEACE

This course is based on "PAT IV: The Pilgrimage for Individual and World Peace," the seven trips to Egypt and Israel that the Seminary sponsored from 1984 to 1990. This course explores the qualities of the twelve disciples who worked closely with Jesus during his public ministry. Students focus on developing a fuller expression of the positive quality exemplified by each disciple and moving into the Christ within themselves, bringing forward greater forgiveness, loving, and peace for themselves and the world.
